The Widget is one component in a custom product you build, and due to differing conditions and individual skills, we cannot be responsible for any individual performance issues due to the fabrication of the treatment, as well as any injuries, losses or any other damages which may result from the use of these products. Terms and conditions of sales
· All orders are shipped by US Priority Mail from Dover, NH
· There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.
· Prices are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice.
Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
· Cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
· Returns are only accepted due to manufacturing defects with the Widget, and must have a pre-approval with an authorization number from CenturionRS. Defective Widgets must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· All items must be returned as new (i.e. nothing removed or altered in kit) and be identified by you return authorization, customer name and
invoice numbers.
· Return shipping is customer's responsibility, except in the case of Widget defect.
· Return goods are to be sent shipping prepaid.
· We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· Goods damaged during shipping must be filed as a claim with the appropriate carrier and are not the responsibility of CenturionRS.
